"Green Jobs in Our Community"

NEO Restoration Alliance and Hitchcock Center for Women are collaborating to develop Green Jobs for residents of Greater Cleveland, as well as men and women in addiction recovery and those re-entering the community from incarceration. Hitchcock Center for Women will be a training site as well as a Green Jobs Demonstration Site. This event will highlight the Green Jobs that will be demonstrated at Hitchcock, including Green Roof Technology, Urban Farming, Permeable Pavement, Rain Garden & Rain Barrel Installation, as well as growing and selling plants for Green Roof Application. We will also share information about Green Jobs connected to Renewable Energy, especially related to Wind Turbines and Solar Energy.
1227 Ansel Road
Ansel is between St. Clair and Superior, the first street West of Martin Luther King Blvd., right above Doan Creek. The event is taking place at Hitchcock Center for Women, which is housed in a large brick building with Spanish tile roofing, on Ansel closer to Superior Ave.
