Combining nearly 100 years of “blue collar” trades training excellence with the golden energy of the sun, the privately funded training partnership of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the Southeastern Michigan Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) is creating the “green collar” energy workforce for
