We're Stanford students in Mae Sot, Thailand. We're volunteering with a non-profit organization called the Border Green Energy Team. (www.bget.org) On Saturday, we built three solar hot water systems! They will heat water on three homes in Mae Sot and we will also be writing an instructional manual for others to do the same.

The Stanford Chapter of Energy Crossroads, a coalition of students from across disciplines working to build a community on campus to bring about a clean, prosperous, and secure energy future, met at the Treehouse on Stanford's campus to discuss the organization, clean energy, and plans for 2008-9 school year. Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures or videos, but rest assured, these students are ready to help lead a clean energy revolution that creates millions of green jobs now!
